WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

This depends on your location.
Standard Shipping – 5-7 working days
UK Standard Shipping – 2-4 working days
UK Next Day Shipping – Next working day
For emergency with extra charges – one working day

HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE CURRENCY I PAY IN

We offer the option to pay in the following currencies; Great British Pound (GBP), and United States Dollar (USD).

 WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Yes, as soon as you place a successful order via our website, you will receive an email confirmation from us to confirm the items you’ve purchased and the order number for your reference. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, it might be for several reasons.

1. You entered an incorrect email address at checkout
2. Your mailbox has filtered it into a ‘junk’ folder – please check your junk box as the first point of action after placing an order.
3. Your order may not have been successful – if your card is declined or there is an issue with the checkout during your purchase, your order might not have been completed, to check this, please get in touch with our customer service team who

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to cancel your order once it is confirmed. If you ordered the wrong item or size, we recommend you place a new order as soon as possible. You can choose to refuse the shipment, which means will then be returned to us and refunded, or you may return the parcel to us once received as part of the refund process.

Do you provide shipment to other countries?

Yes! We shipped products to USA and Canada.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I MAKE CHANGES?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to change or cancel your order, once it is confirmed. You can choose to refuse the shipment, which will then be returned to us.

CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you have provided the incorrect delivery address information when placing an order, please contact the customer service team as soon as possible – we cannot guarantee that we can make changes after the order has been placed but we will always endeavor to try on your behalf of the customer.
